2026-2027 Membership Instructions

*Members who registered for the 2025-2026 year will still have active memberships until October 2026, at which point they will need to pay  the 2026-2027 dues to remain active. We will give advance notice via the SAC email list before this deadline. 

To be added to the club, please complete the following:

1. Pay $35 dues on ASSU epay. If joining SAC is cost prohibitive, contact Anna (janni018@stanford.edu) for an exemption.

2. Complete SAC's google form. (This step is required to get on club's listserv.)

3. If you plan to drive vehicles for any SAC-funded trip or outing, fill out the driver authorization form

4. You're done! Please give officers a week to verify membership and add you to the listserv. If you still haven't been added, please email Anna (janni018@stanford.edu)!

What your dues do:

• Subsidize official club common adventure trips

• Pay for community-building socials and fun events

• Contribute towards club-organized group trips

• Pay campsite fees for club campsites in Yosemite Valley and Tuolumne Meadows

• Subsidize courses and clinics on alpine skills for club members

• ...and lots more!
