Ikon Pass Discount

IMPORTANT DEADLINE: Next price increase is on October 9 at 9 AM PDT, please complete the following steps by Sunday, October 4 to receive your promo code before the deadline. 

Stanford Alpine club student members are eligible to receive discounted rates on Ikon passes. In order to be eligible for discounted rates you must be a current Stanford student enrolled in classes (graduate students enrolled in research units or on TGR are also eligible), and you must pay dues ($35) for the 2026-2027 academic year. The discounted rates are as follows: 

Ikon Pass: $949 ($999 starting October 9)

Ikon Base Pass: $639 ($699 starting October 9)

Ikon Session 4‑Day: $409 ($469 starting October 9)

Ikon Session 3-Day Pass: $359 ($409 starting October 9)

Ikon Session 2-Day Pass: $249 ($279 starting October 9)

In order to request a discount code, please follow the instructions below. After completing all three steps, you should receive a discount code by email within 48 hours. Dates of future price increases will be posted here. You can request a discount code at any time, but in order to lock in the current prices you must purchase your pass before any price increases. Detailed instructions: 

STEP 1: Pay SAC Dues - Pay your 2026/2027 dues ($35) through ASSU at this link: https://assuepay.stanford.edu/pay/6951/dues

After you pay, you'll see a confirmation screen — screenshot it! You'll need this as proof of payment later. It should look like a receipt showing "Stanford Alpine Club," your name, and a "Succeeded" status. I've attached an example screenshot below. (If you’ve already paid dues, you can go to “My Payments” to find this same page)

STEP 2: Fill Out the SAC Signup Form at this link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeXUNcKkklfGjG2ENviYIH8Kv0ytFffyBeo4wiFVzNhaD3Zjw/viewform

STEP 3: Fill Out the IKON Discount Request Form: https://alterramtnco.jotform.com/ikonpass/2627collegeclub2?2666

On this form you'll need to upload two things:

  • Proof of enrollment (your "class schedule" — see below for what counts)

  • Proof of SAC dues payment (the screenshot from Step 1)

Once you've completed all 3 steps, we'll send you a unique one-time-use promo code to order your IKON pass online.

IMPORTANT RULES

• Promo codes are for the registered student ONLY. Using your code for a friend or family member is not allowed and will be checked. Violators lose SAC benefits — please help us keep this program alive for everyone.

• You must be a currently enrolled college student taking classes (full-time or part-time, undergrad or grad — all qualify, including if you're only enrolled in research units).

• Requesting a code does NOT commit you to buying a pass. Request early!

WHAT COUNTS AS PROOF OF ENROLLMENT

Your class schedule needs to show: (1) your name, (2) the date of enrollment, and (3) that you are enrolled.

ACCEPTABLE:

  • Axess course schedule — but ONLY if it shows your enrolled classes (the gray course blocks need to be visible)

  • Axess homepage showing your courses

  • Certificate of enrollment from Axess (note: may not show enrollment until after the final enrollment deadline)

  • Unofficial transcripts

  • Anything else that shows your name AND enrollment AND date

NOT ACCEPTABLE:

  • Photo of your student ID card

  • Screenshot of Axess homepage with classes cut off / not visible

  • Anything missing your name, date of enrollment, or proof of enrollment
