Stanford Alpine Journal 2004-2005 - Call for Submissions
The current Stanford Alpine Journal has been printed and we're starting to work on the new edition. That means YOU need to submit your trip reports!
WHO: All Stanford climbers (particularly SAC members) should submit trip reports of their interesting climbs of the past year. This is a chance to share your climbs with the rest of the Stanford climbing community.
WHAT: Any climb of a high, glaciated or technical peak/mountain, or any Grade V or VI route, or any first ascent activity of any kind will be included in the journal.
WHEN: Climbs should have occurred any time from September 2004 through September 2005.
FORMAT: A trip report can be as simple as:
July 2004: Nez Perce, Direct South Ridge (III 5.7), Grand Teton National Park, WY Dan Arnold (SAC Historian, BA '01), Ashley Laird (GS, BA '01)
OR they can be more substantive, but they shouldn't exceed 500 words.
We also need pictures!
Email trip reports and questions to SAJ Editor Dan Arnold, rockrat7@yahoo.com. If you have pictures, you can email them, but I'd prefer to get hard copies or disks. If you're going to put your pics on a disk, please scan them at the highest resolution conveniently possible.
