Subject: [SAC] Yosemite Valley campsites this fall

Hey everyone,

I hope you have all been having great summers, and I'm looking forward
to hearing about your adventures when the fall quarter starts.

Speaking of fall quarter, we have 2 campsites reserved in Yosemite
Valley every Saturday night this fall (until Thanksgiving, when we
have a 30-person site reserved in Joshua Tree!).  The first weekend
that we have reservations is September 22nd, which is well before the
first SAC meeting, which is why I'm letting you know now.  That way
you can make plans to get out there and use them!

Details:
- Each site can hold (in theory) 2 cars and 6 people, so we have room
for 4 cars and 12 people each weekend.
- The sites are free for SAC members, since we buy the reservations
with your dues
- Members can bring non-members, as long as there is space, at a rate
of $5 per non-member
- If you want to use a site, send me an e-mail letting me know how
many cars and how many people you anticipate having.
- Spaces will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis
- Bear in mind that SAC classes take precedence, so on the weekends of
classes (which are yet to be scheduled), there will be fewer spaces
available.
